[Resolved] Samsung India — Bad customer experience | |||
My phone is galaxy note 4 smn910g.inoreder to have restarting isdue i went samsung service centre in manjeri .they said they will repair it and it took 2 MONTHS...at last he said he need to change the board that will cost me 6500.i refused and bring back my phone and putted a new battery .the phone works FINE...but the finger sensor was damaged .i went back to them and they behaved very badly.they said the will not be the one to blame...and i went to the police station and writed a compailnt.the police officer called the manager and questioned him and he confessed..he said he will repair it ..then he went with my phone without BATTETY AND BACKDOORA.after repairing the finger scanner the S PEN was missing..when i asked him he said i didnt give him that.then i said i will goto the police..the he BEATED me ...and Thretend me.and forcly taken back the phone and bill and my sim card containing in the phone for i was testing.i asked for bill and sim.he refused and called me abuse language ...if SAMSUNG DOESNT TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST FOR THESE CULTURELESS BEHAVIOUR.THEN WE WILL MOVE CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY ALSO IN CONSUMER COURT ..[protected].[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
