I am surprised to see a lot of similar complaints on this forum. India is in dire need of a stringent consumer protection law. I purchased samsung S9 plus with ICICI bank credit card on 9th May 2018 from a samsung authorised store in Mumbai. As per terms of sales, cashback of Rs.9000+ was to be credited within 90 days.
