[Resolved] Samsung India — Charging cord is not getting replaced | |||
My mobile is under warranty and less then 6months it means my accessories are under warranty. Visited service center at 3pm and called up at 4. After diagnosis they said the cable is damaged. I shows that there is a damage but there is no internal damage. I asked them a receiving so they said you have to wait for 1hour for getting a receiving. When there is no damage then why they are not replacing and when i am asking for a job sheet then why should i wait for more then 1hour. Still i am waiting and not getting any response. When order arrived I found SanDisk SD card and an duplicate power bank which is not working
