[Resolved] Samsung India — Cheated and fooled by samsung technical department | |||||
Dear madam/sir I had purchased Samsung note 5 last year. Few months back its screen started discoloring on the top so on 18 may 2017 i went to samsung care sector 16 faridabad as it was still in warranty. They told me that for this they have to get the approval and will inform me in two days. Till one week i did not get any response from the samsung care so i called them on 25 may then they said it has got repired and i can collect my phone. When i went their to collect it they said it was a mistake and they are still waiting for the approval. As soon as i left the service center i got a call from samsung technical department regarding my phone. The person was rude and started blaming me about the discoloring, i told him that this handset cannot be opened and how can someone see the thing and damage it that is inside the display screen. I immediately went back to collect my phone from the service center then the person at the samsung center told me that they have repaired it as they were 99.9% sure that it will get approved and my case is GENUINE and now i have to pay 9000 for the repair. I also sent my complaint to samsung CEO office but they also took around one week but did not do anything. It has been 15 days but all my complains and requests are not taken seriously. The last person with whom i talked said you can go anywhere but we cannot do anything. If my case was not right then my phone should not have been repaired without my consent. The center was confident enough to repair my phone before getting the approval of the shows that my case is GENUINE. Moreover what is the point to give warranty for the product which is of low standard i have paid 43000 rs to buy this Samsung #### and due to their poor and low quality products n worse technical and customer service they have already lost their reputation, i will request you to kindly intervene and help me out as i am regretting my decision to buy Samsung mobile at so high price when my family members were against it and feeling cheated for spending my hard earned money on this samsung phone.
