[Resolved]  Samsung India — Complaint against samsung service center ([protected]) aba mobile care pvt, ltd yagnik rd rajkot mobile imei/serial no : imei : [protected]

Dear sir/madam,
On 05/01/2017, i had given my samsung sm-j500fzddins mobile to get repair a broken screen at samsung service center ([protected]) aba mobilecare pvt ltd – yagnik rd, rajkot. I was served by customer service person named swetang & i was told that my mobile will get fixed within a month time & it would cost me around approx. Rs 3200/-. Once mobile is fixed i will get call or sms for pickup. He gave me acknowledgment service receipt [ bill no: [protected], call for status [protected], imei : [protected]].
On 30/01/2017, i received an sms stating that my mobile is fixed and ready for pickup. I was out of city at that day so i went to service center a day later on 01/02/2017, a lady came with my mobile and told me that my mobile is fixed i can check it out. Upon inspection i was shocked to noticed that new screen was completely out of frame from one side of the corner and mobile panel and mobile battery was literally bend. I said to lady that this is not the condition in which i had given my mobile for repair. It was only given for screen replacement with some minor scratches on the panel & there was no issue with panel nor the battery whatsoever. I also showed my receipt which clearly mention the condition of mobile at the time of handover, so she was also surprised that somebody who had repaired my mobile has really messed up. I asked for swetang and lady told me that he is on holiday till 05/02/2017, so i didn’t pick up my mobile and went back to my office as it was unacceptable.
Again on 06/02/2017, went back to service center and this time swetang was there, he came with my mobile and told me that he had already told me that my mobile was bend & he can nothing can do about it. I told him that this is complete lie from his part & i asked him if mobile panel & battery was already bend why didn’t he mentioned in my repair receipt? His reply was he forgot & he also asked for 3000/- extra for bend panel to get fixed or if i don’t want to pay the amount he can also simply remove new screen from my mobile.
I told him i will not accept my mobile unless it gets fixed & won’t pay any extra for someone else mistake, then he gets little abusive and rude and told me that he can’t do anything for me so i asked for the manager and i was told that he is unavailable. So i left service center without my mobile. Next day i got a call from service center asking for pickup of my mobile so i asked him whether it has been fixed or not, he said it’s in same condition so i told him i won’t come for pickup unless mobile panel and battery gets fixed. After that i call samsung customer center[protected], i talked to lady and explained everything which was happened, she told me that in her system it says mobile was already picked up my customer same day & issue has been resolved – i told her it’s not and its complete lie. She noted my complaint and told me to wait for few days and i will get call from area manager. Unfortunately, till date i didn’t get call from anyone.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait few days before seeking third-party legal assistance, i had all call records if required to prove my case. Please contact me at the below address or by phone.
