[Resolved]  Samsung India — defective samsung memory card evo 32 gb

Dear sir,
1. I have purchased two memory cards from amazon in apr 2016 and are under warranty for 10 yrs as mentioned on packing card). I have bills and packing material with me.
2. Now one 32 gb card become unserviceable and i approached to amazon, the replied that go to samsang and get replaced or bring 'service denial letter' for further action.
3. I went to samsung collection center nehru palace new delhi, they say it is a impoted card hence doesn't fall under warranty in india, and advised me to contact supplier (Amazon) for replacement or refund.
4. I spoke to amazon again & they told that it is a legal responsibility of samsung to honor warranty of their product.
5. When i contated once again to samsung they asked me to contact (Support. [protected]@samsung.com), and even after reminder they didn't responded but saying that they will respond within 24 hrs.
6. Please do the needful on priority, and suggest me what to do. Is it not a case of totally denying of warranty & responsibility.
