[Resolved]  Samsung India — deficiency of service and poor customer handling

My mobile is in extremely good condition however all of a sudden i have noticed that the increase volume key was missing. There is absolutely no damage and my phone has never fallen from my hand. There is not issue in its functioning. I have visited three service center namely Veera desai Andheri west Mumbai, Malad west near station Mumbai branch and also fort Mumbai branch all these service center have quoted me different pricing i.e. 750/-, 500/- and 5500/- which is weird. I have contacted the customer care however there response was also unacceptable as they said that the pricing will be decided by the service center.
I have explained them that the issue has to be a manufacturing defect as the volume key was not forced by me so as that came off the phone or there was not incident whereas the fall was fallen off my hand.
I therefore report this issue with a request to resolve the issue ASAP.
