Dear concern, We bought Samsung refrigerator almost a week ago and waiting since a week for your concerned person to come and give the demo so that we can clearly get know how to use the product without any further damages or issues. We tried to contact customer service regarding this but we didn't receive proper response from the team. Please send the demo person as early as possible and resolve our issue.
