Sir, I visit samsung service centre at mobile cool1 st floor damaji shamaji industriel estate veera desai road andheri west mumbai 400058. i purchase samsung galaxy j7 prime from milan eleceronics andheri west on 6/1/2017. My phone is working fine but earphone is not working. your service centre engineer told me to bring mobile for update the software. and data will be lost. and that is your policy. My self i m a computer engineer and i have 25 years experiance. other earphone working with same mobile. i don't know what is logic to test earphone or update software to mobile. sir you don't have spare mobile to check earphone. kindly send your terms & policy on my email devidas.[protected]@gmail.com i m going to consumer court regarding your policy.
