[Resolved] Samsung India — fake info provided in the mobile products selling page | |||||
While ordering the mobile the they mentioned the delivery date as "with in 2 business days". I ordered the samsung j 7 pro mobile on 11-oct-2017. But still now they didn't deliver the item. I called the samsung customer support for the complaint register. But they said their customer terms and conditions. And they can display the fake information about the products as per their terms. Having the terms and conditions to display the fake info about the selling product is not a good for customer. Don't believe and don't buy the product from samsung shop website.
