[Resolved] Samsung India — Faulty product and irresponsible services | |||
This is regarding my purchase from Croma, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Appliance: Microwave Smart Oven Brand: Samsung Date of Purchase: 31st Jan 2016 Product Value: Rs. 15760/- After a comprehensive market and product study we zeroed in this Samsung Microwave and decided to buy from Croma being a reputed store despite of better offers from local vendors. But unfortunately the trauma started from Day 1 of installation. The story goes like this... On 1st Feb the technician from Samsung came for installation and training. The same evening we decided to cook Samosa using the unique Smart Fry feature.. But to our surprise in between the appliance got switched off ! When I called the technician his response was " Sir, this may happen due to over heat as the piece is new. Keep it switch off for some time and restart". This advise worked and after a wait of hungry 25-30 min it was ready to cook. Next day when we tried to bake cake, this event again happened and then we made our first complaint to Samsung. The technician came and diagnosed some problem in some fan motor and said in 2-3 days we will fit in a new motor to take care of this. I strongly objected and asked for replacement of the piece since this was a faulty at first place & first use. But Samsung's service centre and the technician convinced us to see if the problem get sorted out else we will do the needful to replace the same.. Since then, I have lodged so many complains to Samsung and Croma but to no results. Many times Samsung people have not attended any complain and have even closed calls on fake reasons like "No body found at home" despite followup from Croma Customer Service. Please note, during this period, the Samsung technicians have probably changed 2-3 parts of the Oven with no success. After last visit to Croma in July and numerous calls to Samsung finally someone arrived from Samsung on Sunday, 10th July 2016. This man just switched on the oven, watched it like a photograph for few seconds and asked us the problem and then spoke to someone over phone and declared that all this problem is due to faulty Sensor circuit !! So another hit & trial exercise is on anvil. In this whole sequence the utter nonsense is statement of the so called technicians that the Oven is supposed to get heated and auto cut off after usage of certain minutes. Please note, I am not using it for any commercial use and is solely used for occasional domestic cooking !! Here the question is about the quality & capability of service people (forget Engineer, you can't call them even technicians). With high disappointment and almost a year's harassment now I am determined to take this up to all levels. As a vendor of this product I request you to take appropriate action on priority to replace the same with a new piece or return my money with interest. Awaiting for quick response & ACTION. Samsung India — Double door refrigerator
On line complaint no [protected] dated 24.12.2016 after 6 days not shotout of my problem my refrigerator is not cooling i have purchase of refrigerator year 2014. Company has given 10 year warranty .Due to my loss upto Rs 5000.00 and refrigerator is not repair till date so many time mobile but not positive response
