[Resolved] Samsung India — Faulty S7 | |||||
We ordered an S7 from the Samsung official website and the device stopped functioning after 3 weeks. The service guys came and picked it up and said that the mother board had burnt out. We would like Samsung to replace the handset or give us the money back. They are doing neither. We have been talking to them and have dropped several emails to the CEO's office and they still havent resolved this. It's almost been a month now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
