[Resolved]  Samsung India — follow up from 21st september 2018 regarding microwave oven

I've already launched a complaint on 21st september 2018.
I'm writing in reference to the same.
I've spoken to one of the customer care staff of samsung named wasim who had assured of all the assistance regarding the microwave oven and the samsung service center but till date i haven't received any update through email or otherwise.
I've tried responding to the same email but it shows delivery failure, please revert with the updates.

This has not been resolved under any circumstances
No one has contacted us
We still have the old microwave oven with us
We have not been reimbursed yet and you have the audacity to put it across as resolved
