[Resolved] Samsung India — galaxy note 8 cancel order | |||||
Hi, I have pre-ordered galaxy note 8 on 21st september and was assured delivery in 2-4 days but still i could see my order is not even shipped. I had requested for cancellation via call and have sent mail to samsung support also and no reply from them. As this was purchased using emi, i would lke this order to get cancelled asap and refund my money to bank before it gets reflected in my credit card statement. Really Samsung is a very bad, without a proper service, even they don't give response . I purchased S8.
I got a network issue since i purchased, and it is manufacturing defect and they are telling that it is mother board problem. I raised a complaint that to give new mobile or my money. My mobile was in service center for nearly 1month. In these days finally they agreed to give 6 month's extended warranty, first i dint accepted but afterwards I agreed and finally they are not able to give that extended warranty also.
Finally I came to know that the only treatment for them is a complaint in consumer court and media.
