[Resolved] Samsung India — galaxy note edge battery | |||
I have purchase a flag ship product i. E samsung galaxy note paying a premium and confidence in the brand however i am facing significant problems in getting an original battery. I called the customer care for help, the person asked me why do i need a replacement battery, i told him its almost two years old and the battery backup is very poor, and need a new battery (I told him i will pay for the same) the customer care executives response was it is not in warranty so we can do nothing. Really since when purchasing a replacement battery involves warranty. Fyi i have the receipt / invoice but its past warranty. I have visited multiple samsung stores and without luck, purchased a battery from ebay which turned out to be fake and i am in desperate need of an original battery.
