[Resolved] Samsung India — Hard rotating bezel on gear s3 | |||
I went to service center on Monday and they took my device for observation. They have not revert back to me after that. Today, afternoon I called them and the person said that it is working fine. My actual issue is that rotating bezel is little hard compare to normal. The person judged that it is fine based on his feeling. They do not have any idea how to diagnose hardness of rotating bezel. He said he has previously seen gear s2 device and on that basis he feels it is working fine. This is the way samsung diagnose the issue ? based on feelings ? They even do not have any gear device to compare rotating bezel. I am really disappointed from samsung, this clearly means that I have to live with faulty device. I have wasted my hard earned money on this watch. I am apple mobile user and I have selected Samsung watch over apple watch I am now regret for my decision for selecting samsung over apple. Samsung has lost my trust. Will never buy any Samsung product in future. I have also contacted CEO Desk of Samsung India for the same. If my issue is not going to resolve I will bring b2x and samsung both to consumer court.
