[Resolved] Samsung India — I'm complaining about samsung galaxy j6 | |||
I Yatin Yadav brought a new phone Samsung galaxy J6 on 10 July 2018. I have not used too many phones so I don't about features too much.I went to Delhi Electronics named shop in Model town Rewari, Haryana.When I enquired about features of J6 he told me then I asked him whether it has portrait mode or not in rear camera he said yes it has but when I came home and checked it's camera it has no portrait mode. So I went to him again on 12 July 2018 to change the phone to J8 he said clearly that there is no fault of me it's your fault and I will not change it.So please tell me where is my mistake if I don't no much about smartphone features I bought it only because he said it has portrait mode.So please take a strict action on it so that I can change my phone from J6 to J8.
