[Resolved] Samsung India — improper installation of ac and no proper response for the service request | |||||
Bought the ac from bajaj electronics, medipally in the month of march'18. Installation done after 2 days. Installation is not proper, from then we are facing problems. Raised a service request with samsung on 21st april to check the problem. Technician came after one day and informed that there is a gas leakage problem and the area does not come under their region and asked us to raise another request. Hence we raise one more request, till now no one has come and when we are asking, they are telling this area does not come under their region. Consider this complaint and do the need full.
