[Resolved] Samsung India — incomplete order delivery lack of fulfilment of promise | |||
On line tv purrchased from Amazon order no[protected] . Samsung service order no [protected] dated 02.02.19 & latest reference no [protected] dated 04.04.19.tvnot installed due to lack of wall mounted stand even after visit of Samsung engg on 02.02.19 as. There is dispute between Samsung & amozon to supply the stand.cotacted both companies various times but no issue resolved yet.want early installation of TV / return of TV/ refund of money at the earliest.
