[Resolved] Samsung India — inordinate delay in replacing the power cord of a fridge. | |||
I had contacted the person doing the repair and service of your fridges in kottayam on 11th may to inform that my fridge (Model rs26) is not working the next day the service person turned up and after inspection told us that the power cord needs to be replaced and it will take about two days. Now even after 18 days nobody has contacted us or acted positively. Was this information helpful? | |||
