[Resolved] Samsung India — inordinate delay in replacing the power cord of a fridge. | |||
I had contacted samsung services, near baselius college kottayam, kerala to inform them that our fridge (Model rs26) is not functioning properly. The service person showed up the next day and told us that the power cord needs to be replaced. The original complaint was given on 11th may. So far no one has showed up to replace the cord, even after 20 days. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. My phone no is [protected].
