Samsung India — installation delay | |||
I purchased refrigerator model no. RT34M5538BS/HL (Samsung) from crystal mall, reliance digital and I get delivery on 20/8/18. I have launched complain on same day 20th Aug on customer care no. [protected] . It is regret to state that after completion of more than 50 hrs of delivery time, installation is still pending. This poor after sale service effect on image of reliance digital and costomer satisfaction. You are requested to send technician for installation with in time limit. Thank you. I have mobile phone samsung J2 2018 and bought from kapurthala (punjab) on 17 Aug 2018. this mobile heated and also at the time of charging more heated. I request you for solve my mobile problem.
