[Resolved]  Samsung India — interest charged on purchase of samsung mobile a9 6gb

Dear sir,

It is very painful to pay extra interest amount on my purchase of samsung mobile (A9 6gb). When i had bought the mobile on 16/01/19 from samsung samrat vyapaar pvt ltd. Barrackpur, the merchant has told me to get rs. 3000/ cash back on hdfc card and zero interest cost emi for 9 months. But actually i had completed the transaction of rs 33990/ on hdfc crad but the card has charged interest of 14% so that the emi will be rs. 4000/ p. M. For next 9 months. Therefore i'll be paid rs. 2010/ extra as interest. So please take a necessary adjustment to wave my interest amount.

Dear sir,
