[Resolved]  Samsung India — issue unresolved

Hello,

First of all samsung called when i place complaint on consumer forum then they told they take care of your my mobile issue samsun a8. They keep my mobile for 5 to 6 days after that samsung told you have to pay for repair... But because its wasn't my fault they pay some that amount and paid some of that... Some parts were changed. But samsung told if you r facing some issue after repair your mobile they will help me for sure... But the thing is that i facing touch issue which is started from mobile repair they even won't recieve my calls and also not replied to my mails. Miss kamna was handling my request she is also not recieveing calls i also for voice msgs [protected] and extenssion is 1519. Then tell me samsung where is supposed to go for that issue which is totally your concern and its created after your mobile repair i gonna attach some videos regading this issue refer this... And samsung should take care of things which they have repierd altleast
And its all happend after repair... And its totally your concern... I want that issue to be resolved... I already paid for this

I can show this issue to samsung... And i want it to be resolved befor my mobile touch is stop working... And anyone can see its repaire issue

there was no issue with my mobile touch issue with my mobile After Repair i faced issue regarding mobile its just repair mistake i know its just a loos contact because i am not facing it continuous basis.

after repair i visited samsung care engg. he told me its continuous issue so just make video recording when facing that issue so i can show it to the maneger.

now today i visited to samsung care again with videos and mobile having issuse in front of them but engg. said manager is not available so can't help

so tell me samsung what can i do now ...I dont want to replace my screen its good but just look in to this where is the loose contact or prblem...if phone stop working then u will say you are not responsible for that
