I had purchased samsung galaxy j5 mobile phone (Serial no. [protected]) through flipkart, against order no. Od[protected] on 29.08.2015. The mobile phone has been giving frequent problems right from the beginning and has already been repaired twice by maa communication, kotla, the authorised service centre of samsung. In spite of frequent repairs and my repeated visits to your service centres, the mobile has again developed the same problem, i. E., black marks in its camera again a third time. I have, therefore, requested samsung executives to immediately collect the phone back from my residential address and total refund plus a good compensation for undue harassment be given to me, without any further delay, as i have been unable to utilise the same for the purpose i had bought this brand new phone.
