[Resolved] Samsung India — j7max mobile charging port loose issue | |||
I have bought samsung mobile on 14-7-17 with 2 years warranty but on the 3rd day it self i found an issue of charging port loose issue and then i have contacted customer service and that lady is not even know what is the meaning of replacement and exchange, then i asked for senior and she said no senior she will arrange a call back after 4 hrs but nothing happened, then i called up the customer service and explained the whole thing but still no solution and csrep said not supervisor available and he to offered call back, then next day some one called and he as earlier 2 persons he was the same not able to solve the intermittent issue of charging port issue, then wrote a mail to ceo desk, then a lady called and said she will resolve the issue and then explained again the issue and experience with samsung and then informed them i didn't want replacement nor repair, asked for refund and no solution from her end too and then next day some manager called and again explained the issue and experience with samsung and there is no reaction nor empathy or sympathy, he kept repeating only one thing visit to service center and get the job id so he can escalate the issue, then visited the service center it was like store of insects and stinking environment and waited for 30 to 40 mins, then again spoke to the tech and explain them the scenario and then one of the hardware tech said sir you have some many apps in the phone thats why you are facing charging port loose issue, i am was totally blank bcoz of software issue caused hardware problem in the phone and i didn't have any thing to say and then he said speak to his manager who was not there and again waited for 30mins and manager came and again explained the issue and he said he can repair the phone and i have denied for it and asked him to provide the job id, as manager promised to call on saturday he never called up, then again chated with samsung on tuesday and explained them the scenario and he was also helpless, then got the call from manager and he said i didnt allowed the tech to check the phone and then asked him how did they confirm that they have to repair to get the issue fixed. Then he said he asked me to submit the handset to service center and then informed him i cant go for repair and he said thats the only thing he can do and then asked him to send the mail but as of now no mail. This is the wonderful experience that i got from samsung, please help me in returning the phone and refund the money.. Was this information helpful? | |||
