[Resolved] Samsung India — led complaint | |||
Sir, I had baught one 40 inch LED from Army canteen but from the month of purchase it is not working satisfactory & going faulty again & again & till now the condition is that 99 percent hardware of this LED has got changed & the Engg from Samsung continuously changing the hardware of my LED, upto now it got faulty upto Approx 10 times & all the major & Minor hardware had got changed. Upto now there is no permanent solution of my LED.So kindly this is the request to u to kindly understand the critical of the complaint & provide the pmnt solution.I need refund what i had pay for it & also i had increase 2 years warranty that payment also.
