[Resolved] Samsung India — led samsung ua55ju7500 | |||
Sub: question mark on quality of samsung brand and sargam electronics I had bought samsung led tv on 22 feb 2016 with extended warranty for 2 years, for which i had paid rs22000/ which is a huge amount for common man. On 11th dec 2018, i faced problem in picture quality, for which i registered a complaint on a telephone number which was mentioned on my warranty card. Next day technician was visited from samsung and inform that panel needs to be changed and told me that since it is under warranty so he required approval from the management and he will forward the estimate amount for repair to sargam electronics and after approval they will repair it. After that for 2 days nothing done. From sargam electronics somebody called and told that they will take my tv to service center and they will repair it. But i told them that at the time of purchasing, sargam electronics specifically told that they will repair any problem at home only and that through samsung technician. So i requested the same. Now tassel in going between samsung and sargam who will repair it?? It is not my concern who will repair. I just want my tv in good working condition for which i trusted samsung brand and to avoid any future problems i paid 22000rs huge amount only for warranty. I just want my tv to be repaired by certified engineer. Samsung is equally responsible for this harrassment as they only gave there dealership to sargam electronics. As a customer i just looked for samsung name not dealer. The manner in which above issue is being handled by sargam electronics, i am feeling frustrated and cheated. I am suffering mental agony abnd harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in service of samsung and sargam electronics. My request is to please look into this matter seriously and rectify the fault at the earliest, otherwise matter will be forwarded to all concerned higher authorities including legal department also, which affect the goodwill of samsung and sargam electronics.
