I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on 27th June 2016 from Flipkart. The product was defective one and it was non noticeable in first look. I have noticed the Panel coming out after holding mobile on top side. The Panel was going inside if I press the screen. Further mobile was switching off again and again and battery backup was very poor. So I had called to customer care for replacement.

The customer care representative lodged the complaint on 14th July 2016 and assured supervisor call back in 4 hours. I was waiting for call but I didn’t get the call. I have again called to customer care and the representative told me that i will get the call by 15th June 2016 by 9.00 AM. Again there was no call back. I have called customer care and i was told at 11.00 AM i will get call. But no use. No call from supervisor. Later I only called and demanded for the supervisor to come on call. I was kept on hold for 30 Minutes . and arrogant attitude of the supervisor stunned me. Later I wrote to CEO office. But no help from anyone. The product is defective one. The service center is replacing two major parts of the mobile. My concern with Samsung service are

1. Defective product
2. Non help from the Samsung team
3. No point of contact other than Customer care
4. Mental and physical effort distress.

After lot of follow up with Mr Azaruddin (Senior Executive - Customer Experience) and Ankur Gupta, the arrogance of these executives mentally harassed me. I had decided to lodge a formal complaint in consumer forum. But later Mr Ankur Gupta has extended the warranty of the mobile for 3 more moths with assurance of quality service and quick response from him. After mobile is repaired, the mobile started giving trouble again.

I had to travel to Singapore, Indonesia and PNG for business visits. During my presentation, the mobile started giving problem in front of client. It was embarrassing. Later the mobile didn’t start at all.

I have visited the Samsug Service Center ‘Srivaru Solution’ again on 16th August 2016 for repair. To my surprise, the mother board itself was crashed. I have continued to call service center for status of my mobile. But no help from the team except saying that it may take more than month to process the request.
The representative told me that status will be communicated by 20th August 2016. But no call and no update. I again called and manager Mr Guru Prasad told me to give documents for replacement or refund. I had submitted the same to him. He promised that the amount will be refunded in 10 – 15 days. After that I continuously called but the answer is it will take more than a month. It has been 2 months since I gave my mobile for repair and negligence from Samsung is not forgotten and forgiven.
Further, there is no proactive calls or mail from Sri Varu Solutions. Every time I have to call the service center. Always I used to get false promises from the representatives and Manager (Guru Prasad). I had numerous discussion with Manager (Guru Prasad), Representatives and Manjesh. But still no assurance of final resolution. Still service center is not able to repair or refund or replace my handset.
