[Resolved] Samsung India Limited — Samsung Galaxy Note 2 mobile handset repairing problems and service quality issue | |||
Hello There, I have Samsung Galaxy Note 2 phone. My phone's ringer was having very little problem (sound was cracking). So I had submitted phone on 19-Apr-14 to Samsung customer care for repair, under warranty period. Customer care engineer had changed my phone motherboard (PBA Change + Ringer change) without informing me. Phone was also upgraded with android version 4.3. My phone was returned to me on 28-Apr-14 Once I received my phone, it started having network problem (no n/w, caller get switch off notification when phone is on), WiFi and other problems. I visited to same Samsung customer care shop. They again upgraded android version to 4.4.2 but it did not work (since I feel it is h/w problem with replaced part). So I have again submitted my phone on 24-May-14 I am worried as now warranty for my phone is expired. It looks like phone repairing was not done properly during warranty as I was not informed for motherboard change during repairing, and it was informed while delivery. Since I was not in favour of replacing motherboard. How can I escalate this to Samsung so that I can get appropriate solution. They are also not ready to replace new motherboard with old motherboard (that was working) Can you please help me on this.
