[Resolved] Samsung India — malfunctioning mobile handset metro xl duos | |||
I purchased one Samsung Metro XL Duos hand set on[protected]. It started malfunctioning after six months and was un-usable after another six months. Warranty was just over. So I purchased another handset Samsung Metro XL Duos [protected] on[protected] form" Fixed Price Mobile Shop G- 8A, Savitri Market Sector 18 Noida Invoice No, 4129 . By June 2018 again it started malfunctioning. While calling or receiving call clear voice would last for just about a minute and then it will be gurgled and finally inaudible. I tried to rectify this set twice to take the set to Samsung Mobile Service Center [protected] at Noida vide their Bill no [protected] dated[protected] . They could not find the fault, blamed it to network and the problem persists till date. On their advice I have even got a new sim card. But it is of no avail. Service provider can not be blamed, since all other phones at home with Airtel connection are working perfectly. Even Chinese phones used by our servants are giving far superior service than this Samsung Hand Set. I want Samsung India to replace it.
