[Resolved] Samsung India — Manufacturing Default and Poor service | |||||
My Samsung S7 Edge has faulty display horizontal line problem, Was given to Samsung service center([protected]) ahmedabad on 14/09/2016 at 11.15 am.My job sheet no : [protected] I have been told within 3 days you will get your part replaced or it will be refunded to your account for Refund process, till 21/09/2016 nothing was there, I want my money refund, customer care and Service center teaming up and harassing me...Customer telling service center will do needful, service center telling customer care will do, Customer Care suppose to call me within 24 hours till date no calls from their side...MY Reference Number for Service center is [protected] this is FLAG ship Phone with Manufacturing default, customer is entitle for REFUND as per my online research and Either Service Center([protected]) B2X service Solutions India PVT LTD. Now they called me on 23/09/2016 they told me my samsung Galaxy S7 edge is repaired, before that I told customer care as well as Service center that I want refund... Now as last effort I am launching complain here, Since 14/09/2016 till 26/09/2016 and counting...I am not having my Premier Mobile phone I am not going to accept my phone, I want refund My mail ID-karan.[protected]@gmail.com My job sheet from Samsung Center number: [protected] customer care number:[protected], [protected] B2X service Solutions India Pvt Ltd Number :[protected] ext:111 PS: at Service center Managers don`t come on Phone, Team leaders come they say withinn 1 hour we will contact you and make you speak to managers but till date No managers try to know customers point... Team leader Name named Amit, Reseptionist named Hetal I have asked for their employee code so I can fix them for there responses but They did not provided Till date...
