Dear Sir/Mam, As i would like to inform you that I paritosh jaiswal as a customer of samsung mobile where I have purchase new phone E5 on dated 28/9/2015 in which my phone is running under warranty period such as I have also send a mail to CEO of company regarding my matter where I have received a call and some so called lady have called me up and told me that your phone nickel part of body doesn't comes under warranty period and they literary get denied the same... hereby I request you to make a direction to make a replacement of my phone until and unless i am going to move to consumer court against them... But at the time of purchasing your/dealer employee Mr.Rohit Jaiswal (Mobile No_[protected]) given me an assurance that the nickle part of this phone never get damaged because of company have designed this phone by looking such a complaint which a company faced in other Samsung models phone... hereby I request you to kindly get changed my phone because its a manufacturing defect and my phone comes under warranty period... kindly look into matter until & unless I am going to make a complaint against company wrong commitment and poor quality product into consumer court...
