[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile-galaxy j7 max | |||
I had bought a samsung mobile from relaince digital in the middle of febuary. Till date i have been to the service centre 4 times. It keeps hanging. They put some upgraded software and promised the problem had been solved. Then when it hung again they said the battery needed to be changed. It took them some hours. Then the volumn became very soft and the picture stayed hung till the whole audio finished. Then the screen becomes black the minute i press the answer button. This piece is defective and request the company to please exchange it for another one. Was this information helpful? | |||
