Bed exprince from service centre of south extension branch dear sir i purchase a moblie phone j5 last year it under warantyyour service centre excutive told me there is water inside a phone it not come under warenty isaid ok you just repair they first give me estimate 2300 when igo to collect my phone after 15 day they charge me 2500+2% cerdit card pay ment total i paid 27120invoice nomcqrs[protected] after 20 day my phone atomatically shut agian i go to service centre the excutive told me sir what part we repair that ok but now your display is damage your warnty priod is over now if you want repair this you have to pay 3000 more now you have to soleve my problem either i go to cansumer court for justice Was this information helpful? | |||
