I have purchased samsung mobile j 7 pro on september 2018. From starting i am facing problem firstly i face problem o heating for that they have replace folder secondly after that problem of battery arise thirdly the no response error occure msg still not resloved the problem of no response after there is network error for that they said they have changed pcb i. E moterboard if the pcb is change then imei should also been changed now there is previous problem also and folder problem also touch is not properly workin g. Visited many time to the samsung service centre hcl services rajpur road dehradun. Every time same engineer check the handset. No proper rsponse.
