I have purchased samsung s4 mobile as per details below,

Purchase date : 01/12/2015

My mobile is under warranty period.
Recently i have found one problem in my mobile that is no service or no network. I think its may be some software problem.

I have visited nearby customer service center in navrangpura, ahmedabad today for service of my mobile. I am sorry to say that i am very disappointed to know that customer care center is not ready to listen and all services is chargeable even in warranty period.

I know that my phone is not working due to some software problem and surprisingly i got quotation of rs/ 8887/- to solve this problem which is really too much.

Most surprise thing is there is no value of warranty period here. Customer service center persons is not even ready to check without charge.

I know that samsung is excellent brand and also expected best services from the company. Its really not expected from samsung that company will take care of their customers and also no value of warranty period.

I am writing to you as i am still have faith that samsung will consider my problem and will do best to solve my problem considering real situation.

I hope you will not give any chance of disappointments and further escalation of this issue.
