[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile warranty | |||
I bought a mobile of samsung from poorvika mobiles showroom ambattur, model purchased was samsung j7 and poorvika said warranty from mobile 17company is 1 year that is samsung. Mobile purchased on 11/06/17 and it got repaired on 10/06/18 evening, the shops of service center was not open int the evening. We went next day with original bill and they say warraty expired. However 10th is sunday, evening its not open. Now they are saying mother board not working so pay rs. 6000. However 10th it got repaired and there shops are closed and now they are saying its out of warranty. These guys are treating customers like cheaters, he is asking how it will get repaired on 10th exactly. Still no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
