Dear sir, Iam Ashwin from nagercoil, kanyakumari district, Iam a samsung customer for past 7 years, My samsung galaxy tab 2 had a complaint and i gave to service centre on 18/5/2017, still now i not receive my tab.No proper update from the centre side.The worst customer service in this area.Not picking my phone call also..Iam very unsatisfied using your service.kindly take necessary action and do the needful. kindly need a immeditae process to resolve this issue.
