[Resolved] Samsung India — new ac installation issue | |||
Dear concerned, I had bought an AC from bajaj electronics hyderabad, while selling there was lot of misinformation which was given, secondly the installation was not done properly and there is no cooling, i have been lodging complaint for the last 5 days, three sets of people have seen and gone telling us that it is a gas problem someone will come and fill up. Finally today afternoon technician navin called me and told me in yhe next two hours he will comw and fill it with gas, we waited till evening seven, now when i am calling him he says that you contact customer service, they will send someone. Is this the response one should get from samsung, i am sorry i will henceforth think twice before i look at samsung, i hope some action is taken now atleast. The bill no is 1207/17G/S-64756 bought on 18.03.2018. So now it is 10 days and we are yet to feel the cooling of the AC. If not addressed i might of going to the consumer forum also.
