Dear sir, I bought a samsung tv 32 inch j4100 model on 31st august 2016. Product delivered on 3.9.2016. from the date of purchase till date 7.9.2016 am daily calling the for installation procedures but none of them are responding properly.. daily they are saying 2day will be installing but none of them are responding. very upset with the way your customer support is behaving. I feel sorry for opting to buy samsung product. I bought the product in viveks showroom chennai. They are one step higher..after billing they didn't respond for any thing.
