Samsung India — No installation of ac - harassment by service center | |||||
I have purchased an ac from a shop named 'great eastern appliances private limited' vide bill no hbs/sa/1617/01814 on 14 april 2016. After that i have make a call for installation of the product. Customer care provided me the service centre details as named - celcious address- 38 jatin das road. Kolkata, Pin- 700019. Call centre also given me two contact no which are - [protected] and [protected] and both nos are wrong. Supervisor of celcious name raju contact no [protected] call me and he told same word daily that engineer will visit today. Bur till date no mechanic visit me and my product remain uninstalled.Now a days service center and shop are not attending any call from me. So my request to you that such a poor service of service center may please be delt with seriously and same way license of this type of service center and shop may please be cancelled.
