Samsung India — No Installation provided despite of 25 calls and complaints since 20 days of Purchase | |||||
Hi SAMSUNG, Please growup guys. Don't steal our money and time through useless products and false promises. Our Indian law is in favour of you guys to cheat indians. While buying i was assured of installation within two days of my purchase. I have purchased SAMSUNG LED 102cm 40k6300 on 2nd Oct, 2016 till now no installation provided no proper response from samsung and CROMA. I have decided to share this fate story with my friends and family in whatsapp and social media to save them from SAMSUNG. I have decided to return the product as i feel its better to store the TV box on your store shelf rather than storing on my home shelf.
