[Resolved] Samsung India — no response from a-store on refund | |||||
Hello team, i had purchased a samsung phone from samsung via https://shop.samsung.com on 21st september through icici credit card emi for rs. 67, 900/-and canceled the order on 22nd september. Against cancellation they have initiated a refund of inr 59555.09 /- only instead of inr 67900/- (By [protected]@savex.in) on 27 september 2017 against the order[protected]. When checked with samsung to refund remaining amount, they said it will take 90 days to refund. This 90 days clause was not mentioned in their web site in cancellation policy not samsung call center agents told at the time of cancellation request placed. When we questioned the same, they say it is internal policy, you have to check with your bank as it is converted to emi, but bank confirms this is not converted to emi. They are not giving proper response for multiple email. So far no reply from them. Here by i would request to help me to get remaining money asap Was this information helpful? | |||||
