I have got an samsung headset 10days ago. But that headset is not working for long days so i have visited the poorvika show room (Gummidipoondi, chennai). But there is no care of any customers my headset has warranty for 6months so i asked them to change it. They told me that, u only have to go service centre and change we will not responsible for that, they told. This is how poorvika treat their customers like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
