[Resolved] Samsung India — non function of samsung refrigerator | |||
We have purchased a new Digital new brand refrigerator from Samsung. It got defecting within 2 months. Thereafter it is repaired with a assurance given to us that its warranty will also extended. Again it got defective, within 2-3 months. This time we demanded to replace the existing defective piece. The company ensured us that they are going to refund the price of defective refrigerator. However, till date no response has been received from the Company. Its almost one year. Refrigerator was purchased from authorised dealer of samsung from Roorkee in the name of AP Khankriyal.
