[Resolved] Samsung India — non-resolving/attending of cooling problem of refrigerator since december 2017 to till date despite complaints | |||||
Sir/madam My refrigerator (Freezer top mounted) developed cooling issue in december 2017 to june 2018. Despite complaints, the issue has not been resolved by m/s samsung india through saraswati enterprises, kankarbagh, patna -800020. Over the period of last 6 months, it has wasted my time, energy, money running in thousands rupees ans put me in mental agony, as every time i was assured to rectify it but of no use. They even carried my refrigerator to their workshop, kept it there for more than a week but failed to resolve. Pl see that my problem is addressed properly and i am compensated appropriately.
