[Resolved] Samsung India — Not giving me my money back. | |||||
My s8+ pre-booking confirmed id is[protected] I haven't got the wireless charger they promised to give me with the pre-booking. They charged me extra 4999 for prebooking the s8+ mobile but now after that they are telling me to reedem it from an app but nothing happened after i install the app. So its a total fraud. And now they r telling me that the offer is expired so they are straightly saying that your 5k money is forfeited. Why should i have to face trouble when i already gave my money its now their duty to give hand it to me because thats what i paid for... Why should i have to face trouble by searching inside a stupid app which is not reliable.
