Christa mitra ashram ankola, north karnataka, is a good esteemed hospital. We had purchased many of your items. But it is shameful on you that inspite of so many complaints lodged for more than last 6 months regarding the malfunctioning of a washing machine supplied by your dealer, we are not getting the required replacement part. Shame, that your customer care is not usually attending calls, or keeping the promises that you will send replacement part and technician within 24 hours.
