[Resolved] Samsung India — one time screen replacement option | |||||
Dear samsung team, I have recently ordered a samsung note 8 (Order id[protected] on 16th night. I had a chat before ordering and i was told that i will get a coupon the box for free wireless charger and one time screen replacement. However, it seems due to diwali festival and samsung 2 days weekend, the shipment will arrive late (25th oct as per customer care). Hence, i will not be able to activate the phone before 21st oct. Hence, please help so that i dont loose out on this amazing offer rolled out by you. This is the first time i am buying a note series of samsung and also ordered a samsung gear s3 early this year.
